NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT)

The City of Logansport (“Owner”) is requesting proposals from prospective entities interested in submitting a proposal to develop, design, build, finance and operate a new clubhouse building and other related site improvements for Dykeman Park Municipal Golf Course, all pursuant to a public-private partnership agreement to be entered into between the Owner and the recommended and approved responder to the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) in accordance with Ind. Code 5-23.  Notice is hereby given that responses to this RFP will be received by the Owner for this Project pursuant to a public-private partnership agreement:

UNTIL:              9:00 a.m. (local time) on June 26, 2024

Responses received by the Owner after the stated time will not be opened.  Responses are not required to include the submission of a certified check.  The Owner reserves the right to terminate this RFP process and to reject any and all proposals.
