Public Invited to Ribbon Cutting for Restored Eel River Shelter at Spencer Park

The Logansport Parks & Recreation Department will be holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Security Federal Savings Bank Community Pavilion at Fairview Park. It will take place on Thursday, April 17th at 11:00 at Spencer Park. In addition, the new public access site at Spencer Park will be dedicated. The public is welcome to attend this special event.
