Spencer Park Now open to Vehicle Traffic

The Logansport Parks & Recreation Department has announced that Spencer Park is now open to vehicle traffic following the dismantling of Christmas in the Park. As always, Spencer Park is open to the public from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
