Penman Service Center and Community Room

The Penman Service Center & Community Room is the headquarters of the Logansport Parks & Recreation Department. It is located directly across Smith Street from Huston Park.
The Penman Service Center is named for the Dr. Jeffrey Penman & his wife, Dr. Connie Owens for their extraordinary donation of their former medical offices to the Logansport Parks & Recreation Department in 2008.
The Community Room has enough tables and chairs for approximately 50 people, is carpeted, w/ homestyle seating & television. There is no kitchen available for food preparation. It provides for a more intimate gathering than the larger McHale Complex. Click here to reserve this rental space.
